Apex Pest Control - Barnsley

We called Tom after reading very positive reviews. He came out, assessed our property and gave us a plan to sort the rats in the garden. We have not seen any for a few weeks now and it looks very positive. Very good service from Apex and would highly recommend them for any pest control services.

Contacted them last night with a problem with a wasp nest. Contacted me back almost immediately and, more importantly, promised to attend today to sort it. Spot on the time Tom came and sorted it within twenty minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service and top drawer resolving the wasp issue. No hesitation whatsoever recommending him. First class local service.

Apex are due to come to my property tomorrow to deal with a pest issue and I already want to give them a 5 star review! When I initially called they were patient and understanding whilst I explained what had happened and what was still happening, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was keeping them they genuinely wanted to give me peace of mind and help me understand how things worked and how/why this may have happened, I’ve then called again this morning unwell and struggling with speaking just to double check a few things as the Brain fog had got the best of me, once again patient understanding supportive and no judgment, this isn’t something that you see often in company’s these days, and they really have gave me peace of mind and made me feel comfortable I cannot recommend them enough for how they are with their customers and I am more than confident in saying that tomorrow they will be exactly the same! Thankyou Apex, I would highly recommend.

I phoned up as all of a sudden, last Sunday, I got lots of wasps in my bedroom - Tom phoned me back after I left a message and although he couldn't come out until Monday - from my description he reassured me that he thought they were honey bees and said they would be gone that day or latest in the morning. I managed to open my window and sure enough they were all gone by 5pm! He was the 3rd professional that I had phoned but the only one that attempted to reassure me even though I gave the same description to them all! did a fantastic job getting rid of bed bugs from my property, the house had been left needing a deep clean and pest control services to remove bugs. Quick to respond and top quality work. I highly recommend!

What a great experience and a pleasure to deal with. Phoned with a bee problem and left a message on the answerphone. Tom rang back within two minutes and offered plenty of great advice with no pressure to turn out to assist. As a result of how he came across he was employed to tackle the problem. Arrangements were made to attend and confirmed via text re arrival. Phone called 30 minutes before to confirm time of arrival. Upon arrival, he fully explained what he was going to do and made sure I was aware that if the solution didn't work the first time, I could get him back to deal again. Just as the advice given, the problem disappeared and now bee free. Why cant all companies be like this? Ring to confirm arrival times and actually turn up on time! If you are very lucky you also get to meet Teddy, his dog and passenger in his van. Thank you so much Tom, will definitely use you again and cannot recommend enough.

Very professional and knowledgable. Visits were really informative and did a good job of helping me understand how to tackle rodent problems. Importantly it does seem that Apex have resolved a long standing rodent problem in this building.
