With a "cold" call from me he came and took a look and fixed it! Now let me give you the real "skinny". On May 21st, a technician from Dunn's, located in Anniston,AL came out. This young man with 5 years experience, took a look,hooked up some instruments and gauges and after about 15 min tells me I need this part, I asked if that was the problem and he assured me, this was the problem because my unit was not getting enough power to "Kick" on the compressor.So he proceeded to put in the part he had in his truck (and by the way, the part was "north" of 500.00 dollars,) but I had been without air since the 8th of May, so I bit the bullet and told him to fit it. He went to his truck got the part, he took off four screws, lifted the top of the old unit, unplugged the "plug-n-play" , took off the unit from the side of my house and put the new unit on by reversing the process. Okay, we should be cooking with oil,right? WRONG!! He could not figure out why he had no power! Could it be he forgot he tripped the breaker in side my house before he started working, humm..you think. To make a long story short, he fiddled some more then came in to tell me I will need a compressor or a "jump start" kit whatever that is
and that piece, the kit, was going to be 495.00 he did not know the price of the compressor but he could get me a quote! You know where I am going, right. Now let me tell you how a professional and efficient technician works. Casey went to his truck retrieve his tools, and began to search for what the problem could be,
but it was not a compressor. After about 15 min he found the problem, explain the problem to me in language I could understand, as a lay person, fixed the problem, and made sure the unit was working before he left! I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Casey is a gift. What do they say? 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Thank you, Casey!
