Casey was a Rockstar! Responded within 20 minutes of leaving a message, came right away, and started testing components. He's very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough fixing the components i needed and addressed a couple things that weren't on the work order. The service fee was very reasonable. The work space was challenging, but Casey kept a great attitude. Had me up and running within a couple hours on this hot summer night. Thank you Casey, you'll have my repeat business as needed :)

Last year, after hours on the weekend, our walk in cooler was not operational. Casey came to the rescue, promptly repaired it, and helped us save thousands of dollars in food. Just a couple of weeks ago, Casey once again stepped in after hours on the weekend and successfully repaired our freezer walk-in cooler - fixing what another service could not. On both occasions, the customer service was exceptional, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their services! I would highly recommend Apex services!

Apex is one of the best companies we have ever had to do work for us. Mr Pearson was on time and was very knowledgeable and conscientious about installing our mini split unit. Not only that, he checked our house unit and got it working after several months without it operating. He went over and beyond for us, his customer. Very honest and dependable.You won't go wrong in using Apex for all your heating and cooling needs.

I called at 4:30 PM. Casey was here at 7 o’clock and fixed What the issue I had going on. They were so reasonable, and so polite will definitely be using them again! Thank you, Casey for coming in such short notice

Very professional service. Repaired our unit at first visit as he had the part on his truck. They also provide annual maintenance to keep system clean and running good. Thank you for coming out on short notice and taking care of us!

They say Angels walk among us, I am a true believer this is so! Casey should have wings, halo, and fries and a shake!!! With a "cold" call from me he came and took a look and fixed it! Now let me give you the real "skinny". On May 21st, a technician from Dunn's, located in Anniston,AL came out. This young man with 5 years experience, took a look,hooked up some instruments and gauges and after about 15 min tells me I need this part, I asked if that was the problem and he assured me, this was the problem because my unit was not getting enough power to "Kick" on the compressor.So he proceeded to put in the part he had in his truck (and by the way, the part was "north" of 500.00 dollars,) but I had been without air since the 8th of May, so I bit the bullet and told him to fit it. He went to his truck got the part, he took off four screws, lifted the top of the old unit, unplugged the "plug-n-play" , took off the unit from the side of my house and put the new unit on by reversing the process. Okay, we should be cooking with oil,right? WRONG!! He could not figure out why he had no power! Could it be he forgot he tripped the breaker in side my house before he started working, humm..you think. To make a long story short, he fiddled some more then came in to tell me I will need a compressor or a "jump start" kit whatever that is and that piece, the kit, was going to be 495.00 he did not know the price of the compressor but he could get me a quote! You know where I am going, right. Now let me tell you how a professional and efficient technician works. Casey went to his truck retrieve his tools, and began to search for what the problem could be, but it was not a compressor. After about 15 min he found the problem, explain the problem to me in language I could understand, as a lay person, fixed the problem, and made sure the unit was working before he left! I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Casey is a gift. What do they say? 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Thank you, Casey! Humblely, Valorie Harkness

Casey Pearson came out to my home to service my unit after he had already had a very long day of working. He was very nice, very professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Apex highly enough! Mr. Pearson responded quickly, arrived promptly, and repaired our air conditioning throughly. Most importantly, when he handed me the bill, I didn't receive sticker shock but a most reasonable price for such outstanding service. We will certainly be using him in the future.
