Apex Equipment Repair

I had Alex do a repair and a shut-off modification on my Predator 3500 generator. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Prices were very reasonable and the genny was in-and-out in about a week. Alex works out of his home, and his shop was clean and well equipped. He also does welding, so I will be back if I need either repairs or welding.

My miter saw blade was misaligned and for the past year I had been looking for professional help in fixing it. I had taken it back to the store I purchased it from and was told they couldn't help me, the warranty did not cover blade installations etc (I had purchased it brand new a month before). I called up home depot and was given a 6 week wait before their technicians would look at it, not fix it. I googled machine repairs near me and found Apex. Alex said I could drop off same day. I dropped it off on the 31st of December and he had it fixed by the 3rd of January, even though he was under the weather. Alex was so gracious, patient, and professional. Thank you so much Alex!! You definitely have a repeat customer in me!

Good small engine repair shops are hard to find. Apex Equipment repair fits the bill. Even though his home garage is his shop, it does not diminish his ability to troubleshoot and repair. I brought a brand new (Chinese made) generator that would not run to Garcia. Within a few days, he diagnosed the problem, made the repair and at a very fair price. Now I know where to go for a proper fix!

Alex worked on my onboard Onan generator today. He was on time, efficient and got my generator running in 15 minutes.

Alex with Apex does great work and gets it done on time. We will definitely go back with any other jobs that need taken care of.

I called multiple times last Friday, left a voicemail, and sent a text message. No response whatsoever. I wish I could give them business, but there is no way to get ahold of them.
