Mr John Chamberlain and his beautiful wife was a God sent for my family and I when our truck couldn’t start back up again after doing the first half of our shopping/ running around for Thanksgiving. I just softly mentioned how I was calling around comparing towing quotes to get a great deal and not looking to spend a lot of money since Thanksgiving is tomorrow and it seemed he hung on those words and made an effort to come quickly to our rescue. He will always have our first pick to be the top towing company bc the effort and hard work he showed to get us home asap. We saw and felt the love from this great couple and they’ll forever be in our hearts and prayers. God bless you and we so appreciate you too!

Best customer service in the CSRA. Called me with updates on his arrival and open my vehicle in less than 10 seconds upon his arrival. He is very professional and would recommend you call him first to assist with roadside assistance. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but John Chamberlain definitely delivers.

I had pulled over due to a noise I heard and was looking at my tire and under the car when their truck pulled over to see if I needed help. He looked at my tire and told me that I needed to change it and that he had tools that would make it quick and easy if I would like for him to help me. I said sure. So he goes to his truck and gets his tools and he changed my tire. I had to do nothing. He was a real friendly gentleman and he didn't have to stop, he just did it on his own. This was after he had went on a call and he was headed back home or to the shop at 11p.m. on a Friday night. He was very polite and had good communication skills. Everyone needs to call him if they need it because I recommend it.

I broke down yesterday and couldn't find a tow for hours and all at outrageous prices. Mr.Hughes came and got me quickly was very curious and informational about my problem, might be the only tow I wasn't pissed about

I am definitely recommending this business because I needed a tire change at rush hour on Interstate 20 and they kept me updated by text about their ETA and was professional, courteous and kind. I was up and rolling in about 15 to 20 minutes. So I really appreciated his service.
