Austin, even though he was called out on a Saturday, he was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He gave us all options and did not pressure us into anything that was not necessary. He gave us a workable timeline for when he could get the necessary parts to repair our unit. I was very pleased with his service.

TJ Baker was on time for our appointment and very polite. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. I wanted to upgrade my thermostat and TJ had one on his truck. He had the new thermostat installed and gave me a tutorial within minutes. I would recommend TJ and will request him in the future.

Technician arrived for a maintenance visit. He was cordial and professional like all of the other technicians that have come. He described everything he was going to do and promptly finished his task. We purchased a 10 year maintenence when we had the unit installed. We highly recommend this company.

Very thorough job of troubleshooting the issue making sure to trace the issue back to the source which turned out to be the disconnect. He went thru the whole unit quickly but efficiently to make sure there was not other issues. He was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had.

My A/C went out about two months ago which was very inconvenient considering it was dead middle of summer and to make it worse is I have a Stay at home wife and two children who are homeschooled so needless to say things were gettin hot very hot but Ian at Anytime Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. He come over to price out what we wanted(whole new HVAC system in the house and mini split system in garage loft and after seeing and feeling the heat in our home he sprung into action getting us portable A/C units while his Bright Top tier technicians Daniel and Landon began saving us and our home. Let me tell you. These dude were machines they got it all done in 3 days even in the rain and just in the nick of time too cause I have surgery coming up and long story short these guys were life savers and a blessing. Very professional and courteous and diligent. These three gentlemen are the standard of HVAC work. Thank you guys so much.

TJ was excellent! His knowledge and thoroughness found and fixed multiple issues with my system. His patience, respect, and kind attitude also helped me understand what needed to be done to get the system running again.

My old HVAC stopped working, and it was too costly to repair. They had my old unit removed and a new one installed within 48 hours. They provided temporary units for inside the house until the new HVAC was installed. The two technicians did a great job. I would recommend Anytime Heating & Cooling.

We have had great experiences with Austin and all repair and maintenance men. We had to replace our AC unit and the salesman promised a 10 year transferable parts and labor warranty. Fast forward a year later while trying to sale our house and the company said both warranties were not transferable which negates the whole reason we got the more expensive unit. Shame on us for not getting it in writing. Ask for everything written and confirmed with this company if buying a new unit.
