I went to use my dryer recently and you could hear it running, but it wasn’t moving. I didn’t hesitate to call Tom because I know from experience that he could fix my problem. Sure enough, I called Tom and he diagnosed the issue over the phone, came to my house a couple hours later with the part in his hand (broken dryer belt) and the tool needed to do the job. He was right, as always, on what was wrong with it and replaced the belt within 10 minutes and I was able to finish my laundry. I would not hesitate to call Tom again for any appliance issue. He fixed my washer the last time and it has never run better. I highly recommend this company!
