I had Anything Appliance do a service call for estimates on repairing my Zephyr range hood and my wine fridge. The tech came out and quickly tested the range hood blower and said the motor was shot. That would cost $700+ to replace. The wine fridge was "working" and appeared to cool, so the tech suggested that they clean out the built-up dust in the mechanism. I was told that the $300+ I paid for the estimates would count toward the repairs if I decided to have them scheduled within 30 days. I called them today and explained that after further research, it wouldn't make sense to replace the motor on a 20 year old range hood; I may as well just replace it and have a new one installed for less than the $700 replacement cost. I did want them to clean out the wine fridge though. After the person on the phone put me on hold, he checked back in and said that unfortunately the money I already paid would not count toward cleaning the wine fridge as quoted. It would cost an additional $299. They only would have counted the quote toward the cleaning if I had it done the day of the tech visit (which was NOT explained to me that day). I have spent over $300 and nothing is fixed. NOT HAPPY!

Great experience. This is our second time using them to repair a 25 y.o subzero fridge. They answered every phone call or called back promptly. Technician was deployed quickly. They also diagnosed, ordered the part, and repaired it as soon as the part arrived. Technician was honest and their work was fairly priced. We will use them again in the future.

I have a Bosch refrigerator that I purchased brand new in March of this year. Shortly after I got it the ice maker was not working properly. Bosch contracted the work with Anything Appliance, who sent out Savannah. She took the time to really check out what was wrong with my fridge and said the mother board to the ice maker was malfunctioning. She had the part ordered, it came in about a week later. She came back to install it & it's been working great since then. She was very patient throughout the process and really took the time to properly diagnosed my fridge.

Savannah is a wonderful technician. She is very personable and provided excellent service. Anything Appliance also keeps their customers updated with scheduling. All around great experience.

When other companies were weeks out they were able to come in a few days to repair an appliance before guests arrived. Mike was personable and they called and spoke to you vs talking to a computer.

Thank you Soooo Much!!! My wife & I we’re having a problem with our freezer drawer not pulling out properly. Ian came to our house was very polite well dressed. I love how they send the photo of the technician when he’s on his way. We found a workaround to make the refrigerator draw work better, Ian is the best call them anytime. Was pleasantly surprised with the response to our gas range exhibiting the smell of gas leaking. They showed up promptly to diagnose the issue, ordered parts and returned in a very timely manner to complete the repair just before Easter so we could use the range as planned. Thank you for your prompt and professional service!

Customer service was professional and thorough with follow through and parts updates. Ian, service technician, was on time, also very professional and explained issue with Wolf range and solutions to repair. Provided estimate while at house and ordered parts. Within 48 hours customer service notified us parts were in and scheduled appointment same week. Very pleased with overall experience as well as pricing. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

We have a Whirlpool washer less than a year old. I assume Whirlpool uses Anything Appliance to service their products. Whirlpool set up an appointment for them to come access the problem and they called and said they wouldn’t come b/c it wasn’t a broken part. They were extremely rude. We have called Whirlpool and they are connecting us with a more professional appliance repair company.
