Extremely pricey and pathetic service. I went in for basic eyebrow and upper lips cleaning. They handled the threading very roughly. Even after 3-4 hrs it’s still painful. Apart from that I asked them to do my upper lips with peel off wax. The staff assigned to me was not at all cautious about using that peel off wax. She applied the wax twice on the same place and peeled my skin. I have a red patch on my face right now. When I brought the incident to the owner’s attention, she had the audacity to tell me that the redness or the peeled patch will go away in 15-20 days and went ahead and charged 250 rupees from me!

I visited this salon for the first time based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law, and honestly, I really regret it. I came in for a haircut and beard trim, but the experience was exhausting. I had to point out basic mistakes and give constant instructions throughout the entire process just to get a decent result. ​When I brought my concerns to the owner, the response was incredibly dismissive. Instead of addressing the poor service I was receiving then, I was simply told, 'Next time you’ll get a senior person.' There won't be a next time. If you’re a new customer, be prepared to micromanage your barber or risk a bad cut.

I’ve been taking services here for the past one year, and my overall experience has been really good. However, I wasn’t happy with today’s service. The hairdresser didn’t seem very cautious during the procedure and came across as a bit careless. Also, I didn’t feel that customer priority was reflected in his approach today. Totally unhappy

NEVER DO CHROME NAILS FROM HERE. They charge sooo much and the chrome is not even visible it looks so cheap as if you have applied a nail polish and the gel nail work was so bad and not with good finishing that it started peeling of frol the sides. My money wasted. Will not recommend for nails. They dont even help in consultation. I said from starting i wanted dark nails and they convinced me to use lighter colour for chrome to visible but it was not visible AT ALL. And also in the end the nail artist causually saying you can do it in dark nails also it will look nice. I am like excuse me?? Edit: the audacity of this salon to reply that my comment is fake. I will contact if i am useless like the nail tech. For sure. Otherwise think whatever you want.

I visited the salon today for a spa and haircut, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Before starting the haircut, no one asked about my preferences—like the style I wanted, reference, or how much length to keep. They directly started cutting, which is very unprofessional. A few months back, I had a really good experience here, which is why I came again. But this time, both the haircut and spa did not meet expectations at all. Very dissatisfied.
