Got an after hours (Around 8pm) call tonight from a family traveling all the way from Canada! They were heading through Exit 4 in Owings Mills when their rear right tire broke off of all 6 studs!!! Hearing how tricky of a situation they were in, just had me still go out in my pajamas to help them. It was hailing and pouring rain and very muddy but we all worked together and got it done. The dad insisted he get a picture with me for when we meet again.
Definitely my favorite experience as a business owner yet, to witness their gratitude. I guess it's true, Canadians are REALLY nice!
