I called to ask a simple question and was told I could not speak to someone til the following week. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to sooner as I thought the stock market might be affected by the Fed lowering interest rates the following day. I was told there Was someone available the following day and they gave me that appointment. They didn't say it would be a problem or that they would have to go out of their way to or that they would have to change around meetings to fit me in. When I did speak with the adviser and told her that I only had a small amount of money to invest she said it was too small an amount of money to invest and made me feel like I wasn't important since I didn't have a lot of money and I was not worth their time and I was small and inconsequential. She did not spend much time talking to me and I realized when I hung up that I had forgotten to ask a couple of questions that I was wondering about. When I called back, one of the owners of the company got on the phone and was very angry with me for wasting their time. He said he was told this call was Urgent and an emergency, which I never said and Ihe was not very nice to me about it and really made me feel bad, which really which was very unprofessional of him. He really made me feel awful and I was quite surprised because he seems so nice in their commercials. I am really disappointed in the way they treated me and would not recommend them to anyone.
