We contacted a few pest control companies to deal with mice in our home. Most of them charged a heavy upfront fee just to "assess / quote", and/or wanted some sort of long term contract. Joe and the team at Antex were the opposite. Joe came in, looked through the house and the exterior, and made recommendations to help us out. No heavy sales pitch, no payment for the extensive on site visit. Needless to say, Antex were the first people we called back when we decided we needed professional help. Highly recommend Antex! I had a major ant problem inside my home; small, large, and even flying ants were appearing daily. I was able to schedule a free consultation within a week of my first call, and they were out at my house shortly after. Having recently bought an older home in Ladysmith, it came with many issues. Antex has put my mind at rest from worrying that my home was slowly being damaged by ants. They did a very good inspection, found it was not so and then did a protection around the perimeter. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly to work with.

I recently found a wasp nest on my home and called Antex to take care of it. I had no prior experience with exterminators so I had lots of questions, and Steve answered every one. The service was quick and upon my inspecting the area the next day, there was no sign of insect activity. Steve is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The cost was also very reasonable. Hopefully I won't have any more pest issues but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call Antex again.
