The front desk person is abhorrent with her attitude, in-person and on the phone. She does not possess high-level customer service skills and etiquette, and the partners of this practice ought to investigate that. Also, the "doctor" that came in after the hygienist, was completely useless. The hygienist educated me more about the different factors then the dentist did. The dentist came in, looked at the computer, clicked around for 15 seconds, said "just keep doing what you're doing" and was trying to rush out. The young dentist needs to do their job, and provide a proper and thoughtful consult. There were clearly concerning issues and there was ZERO consult on any of the issues. Zero, none. What do you mean "keep doing what you're doing?" It was actually a pathetic and lazy approach. What was the point of him even coming in to see me. It is your duty to go over the concerns, explain to me the potential reasons why the issues have developed in the first place, explain to me the options on remediation or further prevention. I would never come back to this place or recommend it to anyone.
