Ann Adams was proactive, and on top of every detail throughout the transaction. We successfully closed in just over two weeks, and a big part of that was Ann's ability to keep everyone focused on timelines. What stood out most was her dedication to her client. Ann was a strong advocate, always looking out for their best interests while still maintaining a collaborative and professional approach that helped keep the transaction moving smoothly.
