Had a worst experience.. I went with a soft copy and asked to print one hard copy.. while printing it, the owner made some mistake which resulted in wastage of photo paper.. which he charged 100% to me saying I was printing this for you only so I have to pay for it … pathetic… initially I had no options so I went there.. but now near by area is developed and lot of photo studio options available.. even if it is close for me I don’t go to this studio now. Just my personal experience… I forgot to mention I had this experience before 5-6 years, but I still remember the experience. Its just recently I was looking for photo studio around and recalled about this experience so thought to share feedback now.. I have paid money for others mistake. how can one ask customer to pay for their mistake saying I was doing your work only ... things might have changed now I am not sure which I don't feel to check as I got other studios around, but I am sharing 100% honest feedback...
