Our fur baby, Xena, passed away late in the evening on 11/9/25. We were previously provided with information for Angel Oaks from a family friend, and after doing our research we knew when the time came we would utilize their services. When I called the facility Sunday evening around 9:15pm, I didn't get an immediate answer so I left a voicemail and sent an online inquiry. I was contacted back within approximately 10-15 minutes, and John was so helpful with providing information and expressed his condolences on the loss of our beloved Xena. He advised if we could get Xena to the facility before the lobby closed they would be able to accommodate us for the evening; he even advised there was a possibility that Xena's remains/memorial could be ready the following day. John sent over all information for us to fill out prior to arriving, answered all questions, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. When we arrived at Angel Oaks, the staff was friendly, caring, informative, and compassionate, and even gave us time to spend with Xena even though the lobby closing hours were near. Xena's memorial/remains were prepared and ready for us to pickup within 24 hours. Thank you to all staff members of Angel Oaks, including those we did not interact with, for your services in caring for our sweet fur baby Xena and making this time a little more tolerable. We highly recommend Angel Oaks Pet Crematory to honor your pet's memory!

These last 3 days have been so difficult for me. My Freyja passed away on 9.17 and my wife recommended Angel Oaks for their cremation services. They were so kind, respectful, and gentle with her from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the women who helped us but I will always remember how sweet and caring they were. I highly recommend Angel Oaks to anyone who may need their services.

Angel Oaks came through for us at an extremely difficult time. I know they were very busy the day I called and Jon got us on the schedule the same day for in home euthanasia. The process was very smooth and peaceful for our sweet pup. They brought our baby's ashes back to us the very next day. All involved were very respectful. This has been more difficult than we imagined but doing in home service was the way to go. Thank you Jon and team for exceptional service, really appreciate it during a difficult time.

I brought my Mo here for her end-of-life services. She passed naturally at home on Friday (10/17/25) at 5:30am. I had decided on Angel Oaks the day before- I've said goodbye to numerous pets, so I knew it was coming. I didn't want to euthanize her, but I was worried about making a cremation appointment too early or not being able to get an appointment at all if I waited until she passed. I decided to wait, let her pass at home, and then just hope for the best. To my relief, I was able to make her appointment that same afternoon (We could have scheduled earlier, but chose to keep her at home for a few hours to say goodbye). I was able to make the appointment easily on the Angel Oaks website; we ordered the basic cremation package. *You have a choice of paying online or upon arrival (I chose on arrival because I had never used Angel Oaks before). The building sits in a private cul-de-sac and is well maintained. When we pulled up, the staff came out to greet us. They brought a gurney to transport her and covered her in a blanket (Mo was only about 8lbs, so I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and care). They took Mo into a private room, and I was brought to the billing office. We went over the package/ services to confirm our choices and the details of her arrangements. We took a moment to say a final goodbye in Mo's private room. I received a text and email the next morning at 7am saying that Mo's remains were ready for pick-up. I was easily able to select a time through the Angel Oaks Pet/Parent Portal. I was relieved that they handled everything so promptly and that the entire process was so simple. A staff member came out to greet me again, welcomed me inside, and quickly retrieved my Mo for me. Everything was exactly as described; the craftsmanship of the urn and clay paw print were of impressive quality. The staff is empathetic, respectful, and professional. This was our experience with the most basic package, but they do have other services available for those who need/want more. I would recommend Angel Oaks to anyone. They provided a lovely and dignified goodbye.

We appreciate the professional support during one of our most difficult decisions. Setting the euthanasia date was challenging because we felt uncertain, but Angel Oaks made the process flexible for us. Our dog was peacefully asleep before the vet arrived. I worried that the injecting needle might wake him and cause him to struggle, but it was gentle enough that he barely reacted. Wrapping and carrying him out was also very gentle. We were relieved to receive his ashes and paw print back quickly, within a few days. Now, it feels like he is back home again with us, knowing that part of him is with us.

We are so grateful for how professional, gentle, and compassionate Dr. Cooper and the staff were with our mother’s dog. She had been missing her owner deeply, and their kindness made an incredibly difficult time much easier for us. The level of care and respect they showed meant so much to our family. We truly appreciate everything they did. Highly recommend !

While coping with a great loss to our family, Angel Oaks was patient, understanding, and very detailed as they walked us through the process of getting our Bentley back home. Their facility was very clean and private, their employees met us at the door and were beyond respectful when picking up our loved one’s ashes. I will forever be grateful for how beautiful Bentley’s urn is and the service I received. Thank you Angel Oaks!

It was so hard to make the call. I cried throughout the entire call. The person that helped me was so wonderful and had so much patience. They were able to come that morning. I was so scared and anxious. Having this service done at home was the best thing I could have ever done for my sweet girl, Baylie. It was all so peaceful, no stress and it was also so beautiful. Letting Baylie cross over the rainbow bridge at home with me by her side was the best gift I could have given her. Afterwards, they were very careful in preparing her for travel back to be cremated. I received text updates and cried through each one. They also delivered her back to me. I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommended. Very professional and compassionate over the loss of your pet. Our Harley was given to us next day. This is the perfect place to take your furry one knowing they will be treated with respect. We were very comfortable with our decision. Thanks Jennifer (and staff).

Angel Oaks has been wonderful to us each time we’ve needed their services. Unfortunately, all of our pets have been around the same age. We needed Angel Oaks Services three times last year. Once for cremation and two euthanasia and cremations. Then again this week for my parent’s dog. They were kind and professional. The euthanasia process was dignified and comfortable. We received our pets back very quickly and with great keepsakes. My husband was even able to get a tattoo of the ink nose print the staff took for us. I hope we will not need their services anytime soon, but we will not hesitate to do reach out to them when we do. Thank you again, Angel Oaks team!
