Unprofessional, inexperienced and a NIGHTMARE to work with. I was misled from the beginning about their ability to handle large-scale skincare production using my materials. They admitted to multiple procedural errors, rushed the production due to an audit, and—due to their lack of experience with the material—completely botched the entire order. The result was a thick, gritty soup instead of the smooth, whipped cream sample I had approved (see pictures & videos). No small-batch trial was done—or even considered—before mass production, and also there was no mention they observed texture or viscosity at any stage, revealing a clear lack of cosmetic expertise. Despite admitting fault and negligence, they refused to fairly compensate for the entire defective order, the wasted raw materials, and the expensive packaging they ruined—none of which was salvageable. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND them if you're looking for a skilled, reliable cosmetic manufacturer.

We received our bulk order within one week, and the delivery timeline was met as promised. The packaging quality was of a high standard and very well done. We are pleased with the overall experience and the support provided. Looking forward to working with you in the future.
