Don’t rely on older reviews—look at the most recent ones. If any tandoori item is unavailable, they should simply say it’s “over", but they will marinate then and there and give which will taste chewy. Also the sitting area and all is full dirty, like when people eat after that it fall on floor, but they will just clean the table and leave it in down, Overall, the quality has gone down, mainly due to poor management. The wait times are extremely long, and there’s no proper coordination. Some dishes are still good, but the real issue shows up during public holidays. When visitors from other cities come in, everything falls apart. Logically, a hill-station restaurant in Ooty should expect crowds during such times and be at its best on these peak days.
