I reached out by email to Andy one night to see if my TV was worth repairing. He got back to me first thing the next morning to advise me on the likely causes of malfunction and their rough repair costs saying that repair was probably not cost effective. That Andy generously spent his time to tell me that I could get better bang for buck spending my money somewhere else is the sign of a noble and trustworthy business person. I'll definitely trust Andy next time I need some repair work done.

I had great difficulty getting the service necessary. I started contact with Andy G on the 30th Sep and only got their insurance quote on the 20th Oct. This is after significant follow up on my part, re sending info and driving into store twice. The price seemed to have been raised from TV inspection at $55 to insurance at $88. The first quote i got, said literally nothing about the TV on it, just that it "wasn't worth repairing". When i raised concern about this i was told "this is what all insurance companies accept". Needless to say the insurance company said this was inadequate and i had to chase down another quote from Andy G as i had already paid them. Somehow they were unable to email me a copy of their report and so i had to drive into their store for a second time (at 25 mins each way).

A job to fix my TV was referred to them by LG. Andy G called to book in a time to collect it and then nothing; didn't show up, didn't call. Until one month later, they call and say they need to pick it up. Sounds like I dodged a bullet - had they of collected it, would my unit have sunk into a black hole? Edit: Responding to owner's response. You called me on 2 Oct and you agreed to collect it between 9-12 on Mon 5th. If there was issues upstream then don't you think it was incumbent upon you to let ME know that you were cancelling our appointment so that I wasn't waiting around for someone who wasn't coming?

Brilliant, efficient service. Finally got very old dvd/vhs unit and old record player fixed at a very reasonable price. So glad I found this business. Would definitely recommend.
