We recently used Andrew Yaggie Real Estate for the sale of our lake place. Being a little nervous about selling in the current economy, we decided on Andrew and his team based on their marketing plan. It worked. The pictures and video, along with the 3D walk-through and listing description, showcased the property so well. We had multiple offers within days of listing! Andrew helped the entire process run smoothly. He fit in an initial meeting with us based on our schedule - when we would be at the property. He set up closing, and attended, where we live and was always responsive to any questions we had.
