The team at Andrew Lee dental practise are nothing short of exceptional. From reception to hygienists, assistants and of course the dentists themselves. I’ve been with them many many years and have really helped improve my oral health and my teeth always feel amazing after. So friendly no judgement if you’ve been behind on flossing just get it set back and given me better information until we found something that worked for me. Definitely recommend

I recently had a root canal done, and I’m honestly still amazed at how smoothly everything went. I had prepared myself for the worst, but the entire procedure was incredibly comfortable from start to finish. The dentist and staff were reassuring, gentle, and exceptionally skilled. The most surprising part? It was so painless and relaxing that I actually fell asleep on the dentist’s chair! I’ve never experienced that level of comfort during a dental procedure before. What I expected to be stressful turned out to be one of the easiest appointments I’ve ever had. If you’re nervous about getting a root canal, don’t be—this team made it completely stress-free, painless, and genuinely pleasant. I can’t recommend them enough!

Could not be happier with my experience. Snapped my front tooth, called in and made an appointment for that same day receptionist was great very helpful. By the afternoon I was patched up and next appointment made. Two weeks later a crown was fitted and now looks like nothing had happened. Unbelievable I cannot thank Andrew Lee Dentist enough. I’m not a fan of dentists but they have restored my faith by explaining everything gave me time during the procedure, overall fantastic.

Super experience today. Warm welcome by reception staff. Lovely nurse and dentist who answered all my concerns and questions. The hygienist Tim was so calm and professional and reassuring. Everyone was on time and I was well looked after.

I can't recommend Dr Louise Roebuck enough. She has such a calming presence and instantly made me feel comfortable, which isn’t something I have often felt at the dentist! I was curious about Invisalign and she took the time to explain everything clearly. She even spent extra time adjusting the scanner and showing me different options just to make sure I was 100% happy with the plan. I also had two fillings with her with the support of Rosie too, and I am really pleased. In the past, I have had dentists who rushed through appointments and left me feeling uneasy, but Dr Roebuck was the opposite. Her and Rosie were very patient, and reassuring. If you are looking for staff that are skilled, kind, and truly care about patients then definitely visit Andrew Lee Dental Practice. I look forward to my Invisalign in January 2026!

I’m writing to share my experience regarding treatment I received at Andrew Lee Dental Practice — specifically with the dentist Tejveer Singh Hyare. I initially went there because of tooth pain, and was advised that the issue could be treated with a filling. However, after the filling was done, I’ve had continuous severe pain and sensitivity that hasn’t gone away. The pain has been non-stop since the filling was placed. I then attended a different dentist, who told me that the cavity was very deep and extremely close to the nerve — so close that it should have been treated with a root canal or extraction instead of just a filling. In hindsight, I feel I wasn’t advised properly about the best treatment options for my situation. I believe this could have been avoided if I’d received clearer guidance about the risks of filling such a deep cavity and the likelihood of nerve involvement. Pain and sensitivity issues have persisted and significantly impacted my day‑to‑day comfort. For others considering treatment here, I’d recommend asking for a second opinion on deep cavities — especially if there’s significant proximity to the nerve — and ensuring you’re fully informed about the pros and cons of root canal/extraction vs. filling.

Dr Taj is the best dentist around West Midlands. Always friendly with me and my family. He knows how to make kids to love going to dentist. He has really good team and prepared for implants and hygiene. The ladies from the customer service are also nice and polite. Overall a good experience with the whole team.

I had my new patient consultation at Adams and Lee Dental Practice with Louise Roebuck, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Louise was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. Always a pleasure as Harv is so good, who I have had him for over 10 yrs. although not a fan of a dentist as had unpleasant experiences in the past Although he does put my mind at ease. .
