Andrea helped us sell our home and she was fantastic throughout the process! She’s communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful - we were out of state during a good portion of the sale and she coordinated a few last minute maintenance issues with our house to ensure a smooth transition. We sold during a time when the market slowed, which was nerve wracking, but Andrea's calm and realistic manner made the whole process stress-free.

I had the absolute good fortune to have Andrea Mazzarella recommended to me when I had to help my mother sell her home after she found that she was no longer able to live alone without assistance. Perfect in every way, has no issues with anything but letting the house I remodeled and broke my life up with sell itself. Sold the house (I worked so hard on) in record time for record money and reaped many benefits from my labor. While I got to take no part in any of it. Empathy works not by definition and much differently in Astoria Oregon. Glad a couple of ladies made bank off all my hard work and dedication to my family and home. 😇😇😇😇😇😇AAAAAA++++++
