Okay so blowing a transmission line on the interstate is never fun and is stressful, thank you guys for being so quick and the price was very reasonable, they towed me straight to the mechanic shop, and the driver was superb, very quickly hooked up, knew what he was doing, he was friendly and made this experience less stressful, all in all I was on the side of the road maybe 20 mins, it took me longer to find a towing company and a mechanic than it did for them to show up and have my car at the mechanic shop. Thank you guys so much!!

I sat waiting on the company that my insurance company had dispatched to me for over 2 hours, I then got tired of waiting and called Anderson & Sons to see if they worked with my insurance company and was told yes I just needed the other company canceled and Anderson & Sons called by my insurance company as to which I did and driver Kim was there within 2 minutes of me getting notified that they had been dispatched. Kim did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this company and Kim in the future regardless of paying out of pocket or through insurance.

Pleasant to deal with. I had an issue with payment processing and they reached out immediately to correct it. Greatly appreciate their professionalism and promptness.

If you need out of a tight spot or a tow, please call this family owned business. Answered on the first call, super customer service, and they were able to get out/wench my car out within a few hours. Highly recommend this local business!

Anderson & Son's came highly recommended by Cory Ross from Dooley's garage when I needed a tow after my vehicle broke down unexpectedly on side of road.. GREAT people, EXCELLENT service, and UNBEATABLE prices compared to other companies around the Roanoke area! We'll for sure be using them again in the future, and recommend you do too!!

I was involved in a serious car crash on January 15 in which my car was totaled. A&S Towing took my car away while I went to the hospital in an ambulance. A few days later the staff at A&S Towing cleared my personal possessions out of my car and brought them to my house - no way could I clean out my car as I am using a walker and in great pain. Their kindness to me during this event went way beyond the "call of duty" as most people can do this themselves or have a family member to help. They left nothing in my car - returned my car license tags, garage door opener, Bible, book, asthma inhaler, house key, umbrella, cane, sewing project, medical kit and the small amount of emergency cash in the glove box. This was not a good event in my life but made a little less awful by the A&S Towing staff.
