Very good install, but installed the wrong color counter tops! Staff is pushy and difficult to work with. They cut the countertops without my permission. I wanted to finalize details and verify dimensions before cutting. They told me they already cut the counter tops, so I was rushing along trying to catch up. I wasnât present for the install and found they installed the wrong color (white). Apparently when they built the quote - they just threw in white to give me a rough number which would be fine as long as I have a chance to specify what I actually want. They were very pushy and to have me sign their contract to get me scheduled. I assumed by signing a contract and paying a deposit - I was simply getting on their schedule. Surely they canât install countertops when I hadnât even selected a color? In the shuffle - I didnât notice that their contract specified details that I donât recall discussing. Bottom line is that itâs my fault for not combing through their contract. I let the push me along faster than I wanted to go. Clearly there was shared responsibility in the mistake and they wouldnât offer support to correct the mistake. Full price to start all over. No cost break. No acknowledgment. Simply said âwell, you signed the contract..â Noted. We wonât be doing business with you again.
Edit after reading response: fascinating reading the perspective with quotes from me that never occurred. Never asked for anything for free - quite the opposite. I just wanted the mistake fixed at a reasonable price. For the record, Iâm not married :)
