My new patient appointment was great! Caesar was very nice and caring while doing my X-rays. Dr.Munoz was able to answer my question and concern that another dentist could not. The office is so cozy and made me feel at home. Tiffany the office manager is so helpful and informative. So glad that she picked up my first call to the office. She encouraged me to come in. Absolutely, 100% enjoyed the entire visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Munoz is very professional and caring. They won’t never charge you too much. Stephanie at the front desk is the welcome person and will help you in many ways. The first time I came 2 years ago she even called for me the insurance. Wonderful dentist place. I will recommend to everyone.

The Hygenist was very respectful & efficient. The staff is extremely friendly & professional. By comparison this Dentist’s Office is far superior to the Dentist I had on Marco Island.

was so bad I can’t explain it Practically very nice to you!! But promises they can keep !!!! Looks like they have a lot of good view, but I don’t believe in none of them so what I went through I would never go back to that place. I hope the people they’re very careful when they pick a dentist !!!! They Are Very expenses and I can’t see why they are. They’re not The best!!!

Got me in quickly for minor emergency (partial crown fell off), then was able to get my cleaning done at the same time instead of waiting for my future appointment. The office feels new and everything is about making you comfortable. Super team. Excellent experience every time!

First class operation from start to finish. Attentive and accommodating Office Manager, knowledgeable Dr with great bedside manner. Took the time to thoroughly explain my X-rays and review all options. Always made sure I knew the decision was mine to make, but made me confident in his recommendation. If you’re going to chain dental practice (and I won’t mention them but you know who they are) stop going and see Dr Hale and his team. So thankful I found this practice!

I had a very nice experience as a new patient at this dentistry. Very efficient and friendly and downloaded my files from my New York dentist. I had my teeth cleaned by Caesar, who was fabulous, and very knowledgeable. Very happy to have found them.

I was a new patient and had an emergency after a different local dentist really messed up badly on my tooth. They worked me in. The dentist sat down and actually listened to my history and my problem. He believed me and took action accordingly. I feel completely comfortable and secure with Smiles by Hale and the dentists there. Highly recommend.
