I visited this spa in Mexico City with a friend in March 2025, for a facial and pedicure. Based on the high Google rating, I didn’t think twice about booking — and I really regret that decision. The staff seemed inexperienced, and there were only three employees total. While I was getting my pedicure, my friend was in another room getting her facial. Unfortunately, the experience raised several red flags for me — especially around hygiene: • The pedicure setup was extremely basic, using a portable foot spa instead of proper chairs. I didn’t mind that, as long as it was clean — but what followed was unacceptable. • The technician did not wash her hands between touching my feet and dipping her hand directly into a shared exfoliant jar. No scooper, no clean hand — just straight into the product. That is incredibly unsanitary and a serious contamination risk. • During the scrub, she even touched her phone with the same hand and continued working on my feet afterward. • Meanwhile, I saw the woman doing my friend’s facial leaving the room repeatedly, carrying water back and forth — the whole setup felt disorganized and unprofessional. At that point, I was uncomfortable enough that after each of our first treatments, I paid and walked out. If you’re looking for a facial or pedicure in Mexico City, please be cautious about hygiene standards. Unless you’re okay with questionable practices and have a rock-solid immune system, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Response to the owner: I appreciate you replying, but I’m disappointed that your response shifts the blame onto me as the customer. If your staff had followed basic hygiene standards, I wouldn’t have been put in that uncomfortable situation to begin with. Telling me I should’ve stopped the service or asked for a supervisor misses the point — the responsibility for clean, professional service lies with your team, not the customer. Also, vague claims that “things have changed” without explaining how don’t give me confidence that anything truly has. I hope you do take this feedback seriously, not just as a gift, but as a sign to raise your standards for the next customer.

I just had a 90 mins deep tissue massage with Monica and that was the best massage I have had in a long time! Small hidden place but very good service. Highly recommended!

I had a 90 plus minute deep tissue massage with Ana. She was excellent. She is professional and made me very comfortable. Gustavo the owner is also a gem. He gave me recommendations for my visit her to MXCD and also Playa del carmine. I give the operation my highest recommendation! Great value. Excellent experience. Thank you Gustavo and Ana! :)

I had to cancel my appointment with 3 months notice. I was told I would receive a refund for my deposit but it was never sent, despite multiple requests and being told multiple times I would receive it.

Mariel helped me pick up the color and did a great job for my pedicure. The owner speaks English which is great. It make my day:)

Wow. One of the best massages ive gotten. I been walking around mexico city on my vacation for the last 4 days and my body just sore so i looked up some spots and i messaged anandi spa on whatsapp. They set up my appointment and i arrived there promptly at 1pm. Massage was so good, i would 100% recommend! And price was so good, i left a 200 peso tip!

Italia and Jessica were amazing! My friend and I made an appointment last minute and they were very accommodating! We booked a double massage with a double facials and the price was so great Compared to the US! We both got Deep tissue, massages and laser facials, which we experienced for the first time and our skin has never looked better! The massages were amazing They both made us very comfortable and pampered. At the end of our session, we received glasses of sparkling wine! We had a great time and I Would recommend this place to anyone!

What an amazing find in Mexico City! First, Gustavo the manager was fast and easy to schedule my appointment in English. Second, the girls there are sweet and very experienced in nails, makeup, massage and more. I'm very particular about my gel manicures, but they knew exactly what I wanted. Third, while there I learned I could get my makeup done for Day of the Dead, so they squeezed my boyfriend and I in and did a beautiful job turning us into Catrinas. They helped us get ready and gave us local recommendations as well! It was all the little things that made it so worth going. The prices are very fair for the services you get. We will be back when we come to Mexico 🇲🇽 again!!

My friend and I decided to get a massage after a long day touring. We found Anandi Day Spa, called and were given an appointment for both of us within 1 hour. Very convenient. I got a Swedish Masssge with Jenny. She hit all the right spots for me. It was one of the Best Massages I have ever had. She was wonderful n very friendly. We both were very pleased with our satisfying massages. Prices were good. I will be back in a couple of weeks after my vacation. I would recommend it to everyone. You will leave feeling Revived.☺️

I went for a manicure since it was next to my hotel but would have been better of painting my nails myself. The polish has bubbles and took over an hour and a half to dry because they layer thick goopy nail polish. Staff isn’t given proper equipment they literally didn’t have one fan or finishing spray and were out of some nail colors they had listed
