We had an incredible experience with ACS! From booking to the actual ride, ACS answered our call when no one else would (uber/lyft), even in a snowstorm. I’m so thankful! They stayed in touch with me as a parent and even contacted my college student via a merged call to ensure a smooth trip. My son was very pleased with the driver, who he described as kind and said she was an excellent driver, even in the rough conditions. We’re so grateful for this service and their ability to help ease our anxiety as we’re in Texas, trying to ensure that our son gets back to his college dorm safely. We’ll definitely be using this company again and highly recommend their services to anyone in Iowa. He’s home & safe thanks to ACS!

Absolutely the best surprise! For some reason there were no rental cars available on short notice and I needed to get from the CID airport to Iowa City and back. I called Anaman for help and Ellie was consistently kind and clear with his communication. My invoice was emailed and payment was simple. My rides were on time or early. I appreciated the call the night before to verify my time and place for pick up. The vehicles are spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The drivers are so safe, kind and considerate. I look forward to supporting this small business in the future. The focus on customer experience and service is so clear. I'm so genuinely impressed that this level of comfort and ease is available in the area.
