This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with an attorney. The lack of communication throughout the process was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I constantly had to chase down updates, only to be left in the dark about major decisions made without my knowledge or consent. Important information was withheld, and I was not properly consulted before actions were taken on my behalf. The attorney caused more stress than the employer I originally sought protection from. On top of that, the paralegal was unhelpful, unresponsive, and contributed to the breakdown in communication. What should have been a process of advocacy and support turned into yet another exhausting uphill battle. Though the case eventually settled, I walked away with more disappointment than relief. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking genuine advocacy for any employment matter.
