Amy help me and my siblings with the sale of our father's house after his passing. I feel that Amy was very helpful with the entire process. She was on point with what we could and should expect, while still getting it done. Amy responded to all communication in a prompt and respectful manner. I plan on working with Amy again in the future while looking for a home for myself and would definitely recommend her service to others.

Amy Izzo was stellar from the first day to the last. This was my first time selling/buying a house and Amy was nothing short of amazing and informative through this whole process. I’m a Realtor in Michigan and needed to find an agent for a family I know who were wanting to move to Indiana. After speaking with several and checking out their experience, etc., I chose Amy to refer them to, and I’m SO glad I did! These clients have had a tough year to say the least, they were displaced from Hurricane Helene and looking for a fresh start in a new place, and Amy was kind, patient, and extremely helpful, they absolutely love her! She was able to find them a house right away the first weekend they came up to look! I appreciate so much that she was hardworking for them and sensitive to the situation, the last thing I wanted for them would be to have a bad experience with an agent especially considering they’ve been through a lot, and she was exactly what they needed so I will always refer anyone looking buy or sell in Indiana and Illinois too! So grateful for her!

We moved to Amy after being unhappy with our first realtor. She was a referral from a family member. We interviewed a couple others and felt Amy had the experience, knowledge and tenacity to get our house sold. We were right. We met before signing up and she gave us feedback on the house based on improvements we were planning to do. She gave us a realistic asking price (which we expected was the case all along, lower than previously listed), we finished improvements, got stellar photos from her photographer, listed and we got tons of showings and 4 offers in the first week (in December with fairly high interest rates). Amy was great about helping us consider all avenues, communicating all information and responding quickly from listing to closing. She happily and professionally responded to us even when we got impatient and cranky! Her team also supported as needed and was helpful. We would definitely work with her again-she was exactly what we were looking for.

Amy was terrific. This is the second house she’s helped me with and I will be calling her for my next one as well. Very experienced and knowledgable. If any hiccups come up during the process she either has the answer right away or gets back to you with the info very quickly. She also has a good network of contacts of various experts/contractors relating to home repairs if the need for a second opinion on issues arises.

Amy was by far the best realtor I’ve ever done business with. Her entire team was awesome! We sold our home and purchased a new one in less than 4 weeks. Most importantly, Amy listened to my concerns and took time out of her busy schedule me to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to explain it in terms I understood. She is sweet, caring and you can tell she has a true passion for what she does!
