Amrita Hospital in Faridabad is an outstanding healthcare facility known for its world-class infrastructure and highly qualified medical staff. The hospital offers a wide range of specialized services, including state-of-the-art technology in areas like cardiology, oncology, and neurology. The doctors and support staff are compassionate, professional, and dedicated to providing the best possible care to their patients. One of the most impressive aspects is the hospital's cleanliness and attention to hygiene, which creates a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Additionally, the administrative process is well-organized, making admissions and other procedures smooth and hassle-free. Amrita Hospital also stands out for its focus on research and innovation, ensuring that patients receive cutting-edge treatments. Overall, it's a top-tier medical institution that provides exceptional healthcare services, I have done my gall bladder removal surgery over here. I had a great experience in all aspects here. and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking quality medical care in the Faridabad area.

I recently spent a few days at Amrita Hospital and was truly impressed. The atmosphere is calm and clean, with private rooms that feel comfortable, even including a bed for a relative. The staff are very kind and attentive, always responding quickly and politely. Charges: • Private Room: ~INR 5,000 per night • Emergency Visit: INR 1,200 • OPD Consultation: INR 800 • General Ward: Options for semi-private (2 beds) - Don’t know about charges of semi private or full (6 beds) at ~INR 2,000 per bed Food: Hospital food can be plain, but the meals were fresh, and the sandwiches were surprisingly good! Overall, I appreciated the caring staff and positive environment. Thank you, Amrita Hospital, for making my stay as comfortable as possible! Stay happy and healthy, everyone!

I can't express my gratitude enough to Dr. Amit Agarwal, a remarkable neurologist in expert in epilepsy who guided my wife through a challenging time with his expertise and techniques. My experience under the care of him had been nothing short of extraordinary. Mr Agarwal is a man of "What he said what he done". Thanks to Dr. Agarwal, my wife now leading a happier life. I'm deeply grateful to Agarwal and his team for their professionalism and highly recommended him to anyone seeking exceptional epilepsy care. There was also an unbelievable and mentionable service of the International desk's employees Mr. Ataullah, Ayana, Sangeeta , Anjali, Reshmi, Deepanita, Himanshu all the staff from MHC including GDA staff headed by Mr. Pankaj Kumar. Everyone was so helpful and supportive. Best wishes to Amrita. Regards, H M Nuruzzaman Miah Attendant of patient Afrin Shiuly. Extension Pallabi Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

I'm impressed with Amrita Hospital because of the caring when we arrived for a COCHLEAR IMPLANT INSTALLATION SURGERY. Two notable workers of the hospital Sami and Ataullah were so caring from the reception on the airport to finding accommodation for us. Arranging and navigating hospital visit and appointment to offices and departments was superb. Another admirable thing to note is the patient, the lovely mood and encouragement from Doctor Shomeshwar Singh and Divya was so amazing.

Was in hospital two days ago, good infra. While its claimed to be one of the biggest hospitals in Asia (may be infra wise true) but services and management wise not meeting expectations for sure. The moment you park your car they ask parking fee upfront, fee for parking is ok (understand nothing is free) but common its hospital, people come there coz they are in pain, parking fee should be asked while leaving. Sign boards outside too small to read, staff and front desk does not have a clue, they only know how much to charge post that if u ask questions/clarifications they dont care. I was in OPD and they had no numbering/ token system, was waiting clueless for my turn, felt like 20 years old system. Not upto standards.

We went from Florida, USA to Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, India, for me to have a partial nephrectomy and TURP. I did a lot of research, looking at 10 countries, and decided that Dr. Manav Suryavanshi and Amrita Hospital would be the best choice for me. They absolutely were! Umang Jain and Ataulla Said of the International patient services team made it all happen effortlessly. From finding lodging, to dealing with the paperwork, and escorting us to every appointment within the hospital, we were always taken care of. Eight days in a hospital room included a bed and meals for my wife, Barbara, while abundant staff attended to us constantly. After I was discharged, Barbara decided to do the Comprehensive Health Check-up. A new hospital, where all the equipment and techniques are state of the art, yet the charges are unbelievably inexpensive. A wonderful experience, and very hard to say goodbye to all our family there!

Amrita Hospital offers excellent medical services with a clean environment. However, the billing process needs improvement. We were not given a clear explanation of charges before admission or after discharge, and we were billed extra on top of the pregnancy package. Overall, good quality care, but a bit on the expensive side. They may or will add extra charges without any proper explanation.

Visited the hospital yesterday. It was a very nice experience. I have met cardiology department (Dr. Mohit Bhutani). Staff and doctors are supportive and helpful. There was no long queue and consultation and investigation etc are over within 30 to 40 minutes. OPD charges are nominal amount of Ra. 200 only (actual 400 and there is a discount available at present). Then I have visited Dr. Sachin Kumar Jain in the endocrinology department. There was a waiting period of about 30 minutes as there were a few patients in waiting but it was manageable. Doctor and the staff of the department were helpful and supporting. Then I have visited the dietician Dr. Charu Dua. Doctor and the staff of the department were helpful and supporting. She explained everything in an easily understandable way. Overall the experience was nice. Since the hospital is just started its operation, currently everything is neat and clean. Visitors canteen is also operational now. Food options are limited but seems to be reasonably priced and healthy. After having food, everyone should take their plates and utensils and to keep it in the designated area. May be a new and a very good concept. All the doctors and staff are helpful and supporting. An after thought... It's a suggestion to the hospital management that you could please provide 10-15 percentage discount on MRP of the medicines as in the locality we are getting 15 percentage discount on all medicines. It's an update to my earlier review. Yesterday, March 11, 2023, I have visited the hospital again and noticed that the hospital values the suggestion of patients. I am happy to see that now the pharmacy in the hospital is providing discount upto 15% on medicines. Good initiative and appreciate it. UPDATE ON CONSULTATION CHARGES: February 24, 2024: Consultation charge for senior doctors have been revised to Rs. 800 from Rs. 400.
