My father recently underwent cataract surgery for both his eyes at Amma Hospital under the care of Dr. Amrita Kapoor Chaturvedi, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Both surgeries were completed within a span of 45 days, and each step was handled with exceptional professionalism and compassion. Dr. Amrita explained the problem, the solution, the procedure, and even the pros and cons in a very clear and reassuring manner. Her calm approach and detailed guidance helped us feel completely confident about the treatment. Also, Ritu (Eye Surgeries Coordinator) deserves appreciation for her role in coordinating with every patient. She patiently re-explains the procedure and clearly guides patients through all pre- and post-medication instructions. Her involvement made the entire process seamless. The hospital’s appointment system is extremely systematic, ensuring smooth flow without unnecessary waiting. The hospital itself is very neat, clean, and well-maintained, which adds greatly to the comfort of patients and their families. A special mention to the nursing staff — the sisters were very caring, polite, and attentive toward my father throughout the visits. Their supportive nature truly made a difference. This variability suggests a critical need for management to implement rigorous, uniform training to ensure every family receives the same level of support. ​Despite this minor fluctuation in nursing support, the hospital’s commitment to excellent facilities and operational excellence makes it a highly recommended choice for all its services.
