Wonderful and excellent hospital. From the serene, front office staffs more so Mr Ashish Kumar and the nurses. The international lounge staffs and the Executive checks assistants. Gratitude to the specialist doctors who took good care of Son : Dr Aparna Mahajan: ENT specialist and Dr Anjun Khanna the Pulmonologist. The wonderful guy who cares most and worked hardest: the Speech Therapist Raghav Katyal. Special thanks to Mr Ali Sohbat who advised me to come to the institution after getting in touch with the doctors. I will confidently recommend anyone to visit this wonderful super specialist hospital at Faridabad. Special thank to the Pulmonologist and the department for the warm and kind reception they gave me. Dealing with hospitalisation of a loved one is physically & psychologically tough period. The medical facility, the doctors and the medical care you experience makes a lot of difference. At Amrita , the vibes are very calm , the infrastructure is excellent & updated plus the processes are smooth and hassle free. Dr. Deepak Udapudi & his team of surgeons including Dr. Bhanu Sharma and Dr. Yaghyavalk were very competent and assuring . Right from admission ,pre-operative care to discharge, it was a smooth process. Guru Amrit Kaur & her hospitality team add the extra care, positivity and warmth , unseen in any medical facility. Special thanks to Vinod Arya from her team, for his support.

One of the best hospitals with caring doctors, nurses and staffs but wanted to give a few feedback for necessary improvement. 1. The 24/7 cafe canteen needs a lot of improvement. 2. The billing office is chaotic lacking efficiency and professionalism ( witnessed a heated argument between the billing staff and a guardian of a patient) 3. Please keep the guardians/patients informed about the process, procedures of being admitted and discharged at the hospital as we have faced a lot of issues. 4. Matters concerning health insurances whether private or government should be entrusted to a capable and learned staff as we nearly spent two hours trying to find someone to help. 5. Finally, an approachable and happy to help staffs at the receptions would make things a lot better. Every hospital has some drawbacks, this is my first visit experience at Amrita hospital and overall a good one. I hope my feedback will not be viewed as a complaint but a healthy review for better improvement of the hospital and I pray that the reputation of the hospital prosper. I wish to offer my gratitude to Dr. Aparna Mahajan and Smti. Kamini Sagar for going the extra miles to care for my niece's surgery. I would always recommend their names in the future. We have been at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad for the past one and a half weeks, with our son Justin Abraham admitted in the PICU. During this challenging time for our family, we have experienced exceptional care, compassion, and support from the entire team. The PICU staff have not only provided excellent medical care but have also shown immense love, patience, and reassurance, which meant so much to us as parents. We would like to express our special thanks to Sister Poonam, Sister Pranjal, Sister Tenzin, Brother Vinod, Brother Deepak, Brother Nayan, and Brother Ayaan. Their dedication, kindness, and constant support made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Nitin Jain for successfully performing the appendix surgery on our son. His expertise, confidence, and care truly gave our child a second life. Heartfelt Gratitude to the Team PICU for the exceptional care and support that my 12‑year‑old son received at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. My son was brought to the hospital in a critical condition with rapidly worsening respiratory issue. He had already been admitted to another hospital on 14th February 2026, but as his condition continued to deteriorate and the root cause remained undiagnosed, we decided to shift him to Amrita Hospital on 16th February 2026—a decision that turned out to be the best we could have made. Upon arrival, he was immediately received and admitted to the PICU under the care of Dr. Maninder Dhaliwal. From the very first moment—when he was taken into the emergency ward, stabilized, and then shifted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit—the approach, calmness, and professionalism of the entire team were exemplary. The doctors worked tirelessly through the night, conducting the necessary investigations, and were able to determine the cause of the infection. Their swift diagnosis and clarity of communication gave us comfort and confidence during a time of fear. As parents, it was one of the scariest moments of our lives, but the expert team under the impeccable leadership of Dr. Maninder Dhaliwal guided us with the right counselling and ensured the right line of treatment was followed. The combination of speedy diagnosis, accurate treatment, world‑class facilities, and the utmost care provided by the doctors and nursing staff played a crucial role in our child’s recovery. The hygiene and medical facilities in the PICU were outstanding and added to our overall sense of safety and trust. Finally, our son was discharged with a bright smile on his face and gratitude in our hearts—for every doctor(specially Dr Maninder Dhaliwal) , nurse, and staff member who supported us throughout this difficult time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient service across most departments and very fair charges. My son and I have benefited immensely from the visit. I single out Sagar, Dr. Shakshi, Naomi and support staff in 5th floor for the support they gave us. We got some few incidences of miscommunication especially with the kitchen staff, who would either get our orders wrong or not get them well. But many were friendly and would come to us to clear any misunderstanding. Best way is to give a menu for the patient to tick instead of a standard menu or oral orders. Drainage in the bathroom is a major concern. The whole washroom gets flooded after a shower and doesn't clear until the water is manually squeezed out. That should be addressed, by separating the bathroom area from the rest of the washroom using a concrete divider and a curtain. Overall, thank you so much Amrita Hospital Faridabad.
