The nursing staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay. I also appreciate Mr. Bhagirath Singh from the TPA team for his quick and smooth handling of the discharge process. The dialysis unit is very well managed, and the entire staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The Billing staff, Priyanka makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctor is also truly wonderful—very nice, approachable, and genuinely caring towards patients. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly appreciated. Also, dialysis patients come regularly at the hospital. Therefore, expecting attendants to write reviews frequently isn’t much appreciated.
