I rarely write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. I called Anthony D. a few months ago for the first time, and the experience was so good that when I needed electrical work again, he was the only person I even considered calling. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was completed safely and correctly. It’s clear he really cares about the quality of his work and about helping his customers understand what’s going on in their home. What impressed me the most is how reliable and honest he is. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Everything was done neatly and thoroughly, and he left the area cleaner than he found it. The fact that I called him back just a few months later says everything. Finding someone this skilled, trustworthy, and professional is rare. If you need an electrician you can count on, I would absolutely recommend Anthony without hesitation. I’ll definitely continue calling him for any electrical work in the future!

Great communication from Anthony giving electrical options, and reasonable service costs. Anthony took time to explain in “homeowners terms” what would be done to install new circuits & outlets for a new double oven & stove.

Anthony did a great job installing my cooktop. We needed to cut the drawer a bit to have a good fit and he tried his best to help me get this down and we had everything work. It was a efficient and satisfying experience.

The response time from when I put in the request through Angie’s List was lightning fast! Got a call back within minutes and we set up an appointment for the next day! Anthony came out to my house in West Chester and did the repairs / installations within an hour’s time! I needed a GFI outlet replaced and a Ring doorbell installed. Anthony explained everything he was doing and performed the work safely. He walked me through the setup with Ring and showed me how the app worked as well. I will definitely call AMR back for additional electrical work in the future. I highly recommend Anthony and AMR for any electrical work that you need done as he is knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly, and the office folks are on top of things!

Outstanding experience across the board, 5 stars just isn't enough for AMR! Rita and Kerry were phenomenal behind the scenes at the office. They were so prompt with any updates regarding appointments, technician arrival times, financing, etc. Absolutely fantastic, top tier customer service and communication every step of the way! The technicians were EXCELLENT, knowledgeable, personable, and respectful! Real masters of their crafts and their passion for their work spoke volumes. After meeting Anthony, Arson, and Steve, I can't ever imagine utilizing another company for my elecrical and plumbing needs, if needed for the future. Anthony felt like part of the family! Give that man a nice raise or bonus : ) He provided transparent estimates, explanations, and recommendations... and my dog LOVED him (she's a great judge of character). I never once felt as if the services provided or suggested were about the money, which is very reassuring and refreshing as a young, first time homeowner. I now feel safer and more confident in my new home thanks to the incredible teamwork at AMR Service Group. Thank you ALL again so much!

Very pleased with the service I received. Anthony was very professional and quick. He showed up for an estimate and installed my microwave on the spot. He also identified potential future electrical issues and hauled away my old appliance.

AMR came to measure for and install a new double wall oven unit for us, and their service was fantastic from beginning to end. Very communicative and very friendly from the schedulers to the installers. Anthony explained everything really well so I knew what to expect, and he and Steve did a great job on the installation, even cleaning up the area well when done. I would definitely use AMR’s services again.

Found AMR via online searches and they were the first to respond to my inquiries. Chuck was punctual prompt and professional and gave me different options and choices to work within my budget. Very strongly recommend AMR Services for you electrical needs.
