I recently experienced a difficult breakup and was struggling to cope. I sought support from Elle Mental Health and was fortunate to be matched with Amanda as my therapist. From the first session, Amanda created a safe and compassionate space for me to process my emotions. She actively listened to my concerns and offered valuable insights and coping mechanisms. Amanda helped me understand my feelings, develop healthy boundaries, and rebuild my self-confidence. I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Amanda and Elle Mental Health. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking professional support for their mental health.

If I could give zero stars I would. After numerous emails to correct the communication surrounding adding the other parent involved - I was told via email it was fixed. I was charged for no call no shows after receiving no notifications for appointments. After canceling services due to the continued poor communication - Regina sent an email verifying I was ok with services resuming as long as the other parents card was used- to which I agreed. Not only did she not reach out and update the information , she set up appointments that were not confirmed , sent zero notifications to me, and then charged my card. On top of that sent an email that she would hold off on the charge (which didn’t happen) if I could get mom’s card added. I would not recommend this place unless you are wanting to get excessive charges and poor communication.

Ellie Mental Health has been so great to partner with. Not only do they do a great job of providing therapy services, but they went above and beyond working with the schools staff for professional development and students mental health awareness. Thank you Ellie! Your team is amazing!

This clinic is so serene. Fabeain’s smile is infectious and brings such an inviting feel to the clinic. All of the staff I have interacted with have been so positive and professional. I love that the clinic appreciates their patients and has open house events to showcase this. I’m so glad we have a local resource like this in Pflugerville!
