I was very pleased with the work and overall experience. The owner and his sons were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He was the only contractor who took the time to come to my home beforehand to assess the job and clearly explain what needed to be done. I agreed with his plan, and they completed the work exactly as outlined. After the job was completed, an unexpected electrical issue came to light that was completely unrelated to the original job. A staple that held a wire in the attic above the garage had been stepped on, which brought attention to a larger underlying problem. I initially noticed my garage door opening slowly and thought it was running on battery power. When I checked the garage outlets, they appeared to be off. I contacted the owner, and he immediately returned to investigate. While the stepped-on wire staple wasn’t ultimately the root cause, it helped uncover a more serious issue: the wiring connected to my doorbell transformer had melted, likely due to problems from the original home construction. This could have become a fire hazard, so I’m actually grateful the issue was discovered when it was. They fixed everything quickly and professionally. Although there was a service call charge, I completely understood it since the issue turned out not to be related to their original work. What mattered most to me was how responsive and thorough they were in resolving the problem. This is a great company that does quality work. I appreciated their professionalism, their honesty, and even the friendly conversations along the way. I would absolutely recommend them.
