On very short notice, John performed a complete inspection of our manufactured home in a couple of hours. He walked us through the property pointing out the issues we needed to address. Then within 24 hours we had a complete report covering the inspection, so that we could decide to go forward with our purchase. John was pleasant, thorough, and his comments were easy to understand.
