We're in the process of purchasing a home, John was extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable during the inspection. After the inspection was done, he took the time to explained everything to me and my husband very clearly of his findings. We have piece of mind knowing that our new home was inspected by the BEST! On very short notice, John performed a complete inspection of our manufactured home in a couple of hours. He walked us through the property pointing out the issues we needed to address. Then within 24 hours we had a complete report covering the inspection, so that we could decide to go forward with our purchase. John was pleasant, thorough, and his comments were easy to understand. We were very pleased by the whole process.
