Too many missed pick ups. This week they said there is a one week delay due to storms. Most businesses closed for one day. My experience with Waste Management is far better.

this company is great the guys on our route are very nice and polite every time we see them . great men .... very respectful and always willing to answer any questions ... thank you all so much for all you do....

American Waste is my Number one in Customer Service and Customer Care. The price is so affordable and they always have a smile when you see them.

We use this company often for our rental properties and they are amazing to work with! Drop off and pick up times are always rapid. The drivers are always friendly and have always placed the roll off containers where we want them being cautious to not destroy landscaping.

If you have to place anything outside of your trash can and even have it labeled as extra trash, this company will NOT dispose of it. This is also the only company I know that doesn’t have a dedicated big trash pickup day.

They are extremely unprofessional and half do their jobs. The dumpster had overflowed onto the ground and instead of them picking up the trash which happens to be their job, they threw it all to the side and left it. Completely horrible company, please go with another. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Had their service for over 4 years and was good until the last year. If a holiday lands anywhere near your trash day its not getting picked up til next week, if the weather is slightly inconvenient trash isn't getting picked up til next week. youll be charged for a full month of service and only get a week or two of actual service. I was backed up on trash so I canceled my service and they still charged me $27. i called to rectify the problem only to be met with grouchy Peggy who talks to you like you're the trash. I mean the disrespect from this lady is unreal. I didnt get my money back but good luck! Im outta here

Watched an American waste control episode truck pull right in front of someone onto the road. Super close to causing a collision. Scary…

Used your service for close to a year with no problems. But the last month my trash has been forgotten every week. Everyweek we have to call to to remind yall to do your job that we are paying for. This week though we called because it was forgotten. Told it would be picked up today. Nope still a trashcan full of trash. Will be switching companies promptly
