Had their service for over 4 years and was good until the last year. If a holiday lands anywhere near your trash day its not getting picked up til next week, if the weather is slightly inconvenient trash isn't getting picked up til next week. youll be charged for a full month of service and only get a week or two of actual service. I was backed up on trash so I canceled my service and they still charged me $27. i called to rectify the problem only to be met with grouchy Peggy who talks to you like you're the trash. I mean the disrespect from this lady is unreal. I didnt get my money back but good luck! Im outta here

We use this company often for our rental properties and they are amazing to work with! Drop off and pick up times are always rapid. The drivers are always friendly and have always placed the roll off containers where we want them being cautious to not destroy landscaping.

They are extremely unprofessional and half do their jobs. The dumpster had overflowed onto the ground and instead of them picking up the trash which happens to be their job, they threw it all to the side and left it. Completely horrible company, please go with another. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Watched an American waste control episode truck pull right in front of someone onto the road. Super close to causing a collision. Scary…

Used your service for close to a year with no problems. But the last month my trash has been forgotten every week. Everyweek we have to call to to remind yall to do your job that we are paying for. This week though we called because it was forgotten. Told it would be picked up today. Nope still a trashcan full of trash. Will be switching companies promptly

Seriously.... We Pay to have the dumpsters emptied, why aren't they being emptied? EDIT - There was a miscommunication with our rental office, they reached out and promptly fixed the issue. Thanks guys, great service again!

Last week my trash was not picked up due to all the snow and ice. This morning you didn't pick up my trash, which now has two weeks worth. I'm assuming you skipped my can because a bag of trash was keeping the lid from closing. I never had an issue when Champion was picking up. So next week I'll have three weeks of trash, it is not all going to fit in the can. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.

This company is the best in our area and the young men that pick up the trash are always polite and give a wave to me when they see me at the door. But, the real jewel of this company, is Wendy. I hope the spelling is correct. She is such a sweet lady with the softest voice. The rest of the ladies in the office are pretty decent themselves.
