I contacted Matt about trimming a large old oak tree near our house and saving a large-forked trunk ponderosa pine that was showing signs of splitting at the fork and perhaps coming down and creating a huge clean up mess and taking out a fence. Matt came out and evaluated the work and gave me an estimate of cost and the arbor work was scheduled. A crew of three arrived on time in February 2023 and went to work on the big pine tree. They cabled the tree high up in the forks and bolted the huge trunk below the fork and separation. The trunk separation was actually pulled together, saving a great old pine tree & my fence. Then they went to work on the big old oak tree & two smaller oaks I added to the job. Matt gracefully moved around that big oak tree from top to bottom for a couple hours removing dead limbs and undesirable live limbs. The huge pile of trimmed material was cleaned up and chipped into their truck and hauled away. I had no mess to clean up! This past growing season, the trees all were healthy and looked great! The cost was very reasonable. Matt really knows the arborist business. And with several high wind & hail events this past summer, I had very few trigs and limbs to rake up afterward. Money well spent!
