Terrible I’ve been calling since Friday trying to get information about my car and no one will tell me anything. At this point I’m going to call the police department and have them meet me up there because all they’re trying to do is accumulate extra charges to try and keep my car. Most unprofessional services ever. Rude and disrespectful. Had my vehicle towed to repair in the process of them towing my vehicle they broke my gas cap cover bcuz they towed the vehicle backwards. Told them about the issue and they catch an attitude say they not responsible but my vehicle was in their possession when then damaged happened. And to fix the damage part was only $48 but they didn't even want to do that. I would never recommend or suggest anyone to use American towing if you have to wait extra time for and tow services please do.

SHAME ON American Towing, LLC in Southaven, MS!!!! A disabled friend with an amputated leg was in a severe vehicle accident 36 hours ago. This wrecker company towed her vehicle to their lot. When she arrived to claim the contents of her vehicle, her WHEELCHAIR WAS MISSING! This is her ONLY wheelchair and now does not have mobility until she is able to procure another, which will be an issue due to financial hardship. American Towing has a RESPONSIBILITY to protect the vehicles within their care. This includes monitoring their employees. I implore American Towing to make it right.
