Scott was awesome! went above and beyond to put my car into neutral and even help push it to where it would be out of the way of other cars in the driveway. he did not have to do that by any means, and we were very grateful! pleasure to work with, called and communicated very efficiently! would leave more stars if I could!

Bryce was very professional and took very good care of us when we broke down he was efficient and thorough in his process. would highly recommend them for any big rig needs plus the cost was a great value

I cant say enough good about this company. And these fine young men that work for them Brice And Robbie. These young men are very knowledgeable. Respectful. And very professional. They were very safe on the road when doing there job. . We were broke down on side of freeway. Got there quick . We hooked up and took us to a very safe environment. Asked if we needed anything. This company should be proud of these young men . Maybe give them a bonus. American Towing u Rock . I GIVE THEM A 110 % THANK YOU.

Dylan from "American Tow", was awesome, my ETA was 30-60 minutes, but when I explained my emergency with my car not starting he got there in 20 plus minutes, I had just got stints put in from a medical procedure! Thanks Dylan and "American Tow"

It was our 32nd anniversary and we were headed to our dinner celebration 50 mins from home. Our car decided to stop while getting off the interstate. My Husband had to push the car out of the road. Disaster but after speaking with Roy (our dispatched AAA tow truck driver) we knew we were in goods hands. Prompt service, great company and a wealth of information from Roy turned an unfortunate vehicle breakdown into a memorable adventure! Thank you Roy!!!!

John was absolutely fantastic! He recently helped me with my Tesla and provided top-notch service from start to finish. Dylan was awesome and so professional. Within 3 mins of submitting tow request, he called to let me know he was on his way. The car was picked up and dropped off within an hour of submitting a request for tow. I was even sent a picture of the car when it was delivered. Great service! Thank you Dylan!

What an amazing service kind courteous called me as soon as he had received the request apologizing for not being able to be here sooner although the time I waited was nothing compared to how long I've waited with previous experiences on roadside assistance. In short Colby was utterly professional kind courteous and even with a wasp creeping on the tire itself then on his Jack he proceeded to change the tire in a speedy fashion coupled with extended above and beyond courteous I couldn't be more pleased.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Tow and Recovery. We had a situation and Bryce came to help us get the situation remedied quickly. From my initial call on. Sunday afternoon/evening to job completion was about 2 hours. Very personable and professional. I’d give them more than 5 stars but I’m limited here.
