I use this company for my recent move. It was a two bedroom apartment and I moved 2 1/2 hours away. I was so impressed with the team that moved me. They were fast and efficient and they didn’t miss a single thing. Everything I owned arrived just as it left., Even a very fragile wooden statue that I had the team pack for me.They were super quick unloading and had all of my things in the right place. I cannot recommend them enough. Also, the management, including Liz were super helpful and answered all my questions about the move.

WOW! This is your choice of movers if you have any doubt. They moved our 4 BR house with plenty of stuff. Not only were they efficient, they cared for everything like it was theirs! Alex and Liz were excellent in the scheduling, showed up when promised, and all the crew worked so very hard. EXCELLENT JOB! Very polite, considerate, even had a little fun. Would give another star if able! CHOOSE AMS! You will be glad you did. I am!

I had an excellent experience with American Smart Moving. My father passed away the day before our scheduled move, but Alex and Liz were very respectful, and worked with me to re-schedule. From start to finish, their professionalism and care really stood out. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of my belongings with great attention to detail. They wrapped and secured fragile items so nothing was damaged during the move, and they were very respectful of both my old home and new one. Communication was clear throughout the entire process—scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and they checked in to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The movers were friendly, hardworking, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy moving service. They went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Be warned: Alex from American Smart Movers plays pricing games. He’ll quote one rate and crew size upfront, then change it at the last minute (few days before the move) to raise the cost. In reality, only two movers do the heavy lifting while the third just wraps items and doesn’t handle any of the real work. What you agree to and what you get are not the same. It’s manipulative and dishonest—avoid this company.

I can not say enough good things about American Smart Moving. We have moved over 10 times and this time decided to use PODs and needed a company to help with packing and loading the PODs. They came and helped estimate the number of PODs and were easy to communicate with and had fair pricing. The most important part was how great the crew was on packing and loading days! They were so friendly and professional and worked extremely hard. Also, in almost 15 moves I have never seen boxes so clearly labeled! That was extremely impressive. Finally, the way they packed the PODs was amazing, it was like each piece was selected to fit a puzzle to pack them as efficiently as possible. Thanks!!!

It is my sincere pleasure to write this review for American Smart Moving Services. From the time I called to inquire about their services through the completion of the move, I felt extremely well taken care of. General Manager Alex Leon and Customer Service Representative Liz Salinas went above and beyond the call of duty to make what is a traditionally stressful experience, much less so for me. They were very patient in answering the MULTITUDE of questions I had, followed through on everything that was discussed, were very flexible in changing the date of the move a week prior, took away things I donated or didn't need, and were totally professional and kind in every way. Additionally, the movers they provided me were well trained, hard workers, courteous, and very careful with all of my things. The packing was excellent, everything arrived, and nothing was damaged. I couldn't be more pleased and am EXTREMELY grateful to them.
