The whole process took about a year, but we finally got it done—and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Debbie in the office was always patient and professional, guiding me step by step and keeping everything on track throughout the process. Fred and his team did an excellent job with the installation. They were efficient, skilled, and paid great attention to detail. The new door looks fantastic, and the workmanship is top-notch. On top of that, we also received a one-year warranty on the door, which gives me extra peace of mind. I truly appreciate everyone’s effort and professionalism, and I highly recommend American Screen & Glass for their dedication and quality service.

We used AS&G to help us rebuild a very large and intricate window - over 20 individual panes of glass - 25 feet tall - some rectangular and some in crescent shapes. A very custom job to say the least. AS&G did an outstanding job of working with our carpenter and supply company to coordinate and complete the rebuild of the window. They were responsive, on time, and when a small mistake was made, quickly remedied it and kept moving. We would highly recommend AS&G for all readers.

A guest busted my screen door off the tracks over the weekend. I called on Monday, and ASG was prompt and professional the next day, fixing the door in less time than it took me to empty the dishwasher! Thank you ASG :)

This team was helpful and professional from the estimator to the office schedulers to the install team. All helpful, efficient and fair. We saved thousands of dollars repairing the glass on some windows in our home rather than replace them all. Will definitely use again on next project!

Update on new work done by this company: 5/2025 I actually forgot that I had used them back during COVID! We hired them this time to replace /repair 13 interior windows, install a large bathroom vanity mirror with two cutouts for outlets, and to install two shower doors. Chris, John, Roy, and Orlando were all excellent at their jobs, great communicators, timely, and courteous. This company still deserves 5 stars in my book! Debbie also gets a big shout out for handling the phones many times after hours with a smile in her voice. Great company! Prior review-I had to replace a few windows that had been used for target practice and Lee was friendly and very helpful. The windows were in a chicken shed and needed to be done quickly and she and the shop made it happen. Very kind and courteous during COVID19-thank you!

CJ and everyone at American Screen and Glass are wonderful! They were quick to respond, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took care of my clients windows and screens recently to prepare for a home sale and came to my personal home to repair a window. They were reasonably priced and worked efficiently from time of estimate to install. They continue to be my first call for my real estate clients! Highly recommend!
