I’m very satisfied with them because the appointment setup was very Straightforward & communicative by phone call, email, or text. My appointment window for the plumbing home inspection was very narrow, an American Pipe Plumbing were there on-time. Ray is very knowledgeable, friendly & accommodating. He worked very quietly, & respectfully as to not to disturber the current owners. Don’t worry about the price because the price is always right on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I needed to replace my broken kitchen faucet and found American Pipe Dream Plumbing online. I was able to schedule my appointment online, quickly and easily. I received a confirmation email that I was booked as well as a phone call. The plumber arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I know who to call the next time I need a plumber! Every aspect of this service was excellent!

Had a issue with the water heater that I just newly replaced at my store. We needed them to come in asap to find us a better solution so we can start running hot water again. They came to see what they can do and we made an appointment / paid for the deposit for the service. Two hours prior the day of the service they send us a text message saying the one of the guys had to go to the ER and they said they will contact us to reschedule the appointment. I closed shop early for this service to get done and they don't even call and let us know.. Now they are ignoring our text messages and phone calls for about a week. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

My bathroom sink got leak badly on Sunday. After post my problem on Yelp, I received multiple responses from differences Plumming service but most of them only give me the estimate except American Pipe Dream pluming. The owner promises me a service right on the same day. Flavio show up at my house 2 hrs after I request the service and done the excellent job to replace the sink faucet. The price is reasonable. I do recommend “American Pipe Dream Plumming co” to anyone need Plumming service.

The team at American Pipe Dream is super responsive, reasonably priced, and does great quality work. They installed a hot water recirculation pump for us and answered all of our questions. We will be calling them again for any of our future plumbing needs.

These guys are great! They're knowledgeable and thorough and they communicate every step of the way to keep me in the loop. I had a very old, discontinued model faucet I was convinced had to be replaced completely and they were able to repair it in a matter of hours, which saved me time and money. They show up on time, don't have to leave for materials, and there's no mess when they leave. I highly recommend and will use them in the future.

I had an urgent situation after my fridge leaked and ruined my floors. I thought it might be a faulty pipe and I was so stressed out about the repairs. I have not had good experiences with vendors in the past as they try to upsell and have not been honest and trustworthy. I was a little concerned about working with a newer company, but out of all the inquiries I sent out, not only did American Pipe Dream call me, but they were able to come out soon. Them reaching out to me showed me they were proactive, understood the urgency of my issue, and I felt they were going to get my water back on same day! Others asked me to call them, and were only able to show up late in the afternoon or next day. With everything going on with this water issue, having to track down and coordinate vendors is stressful! American Pipe Dream made this easy for me, they were timely, communicative, and gave honest service. They could have easily said it was the pipe and quoted me an arm and a leg, but they were honest about what they felt the cause was, and gave me a fair price. To top it off, they provided a 90 day labor guarantee. The guys were professional, on top of it, and trust worthy. The follow up was also great, and their communication throughout relieved so much stress. I have book marked them for future needs!
