I was doing some yardwork last week and noticed a leak from a pipe in the ground for the sprinkler system. I called American irrigation To set up an appointment. They had an opening on Wednesday between eight and 12. The service technician showed up at 8:30 quickly diagnose the issue and we’re done within an hour. Very reasonable cost courteous service done in a timely manner. Thank you.

Techs were super nice...answered all my questions and diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair super quick. From beginning to end --the call to set an appointment to service being completed..the whole process was great. The only negative for me was the cost...bit steep for less than 30 minutes of work($299)! Overall..I would def use this company service again in a pinch

We had a leaking double-check irrigation valve, and when our usual irrigation company couldn’t send a technician the same day to stop the leak, American Irrigation stepped up and sent a knowledgeable technician out the very same day to help us. When tightening the relief valves didn’t fully resolve the issue, American Irrigation credited the initial service visit toward the replacement, which we truly appreciated. Every technician they sent was friendly, professional, and hardworking. In about two hours, a team of two technicians dug up our old, leaking valve and replaced it with a brand-new double-check valve. The leak is completely gone, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. American Irrigation has earned our business and will be our first call going forward. Thanks so much!

The crew was awesome. From the inspection to quote to services complete they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had several damaged heads, and some that wouldn’t even come up due to water pressure. I got a quote to upgrade the controller as well as go from 4” to 6” heads. I was told it was going to be a 2 day job but they did it all in 1. And the results were like night and day compared to the system I had installed when I built the house. Also came with other perks like yearly inspection. I inquired about bubblers on a few trees and rather than charge me Juan said “your system works great you don’t need them and it would lower the pressure.” Not very often you run into a company that won’t jump at money. They’re more concerned with the quality of their craft. My wife mentioned she respected how they even told her when they were going to break for lunch. I love my grass because my two dogs spend so much time in it. I definitely recommend them.

We have had American Irrigation perform routine service for a number of years. The technicians check our system and make any adjustments necessary. When we have had issues they are very responsive to make any repairs. The technicians have always been courteous and respectful.

They were on time and professional with a great friendly attitude. It was explained very well with photos on recommended improvements. No pressure but did justify their recommendations. It was a pleasure to have them come and help us take care If our yard.

I’d give Santos, Juan and Lizette an eleven out of ten if I could. Santos and Juan inspected, rebuilt my back flow, replaced a few sprinkler heads with up grades, installed three new tree bubblers and repaired a fourth. Then they turned everything up. Fought thru rain, and came back as soon as the rain stopped to complete the job. Lizette stayed on top of the schedule thought. Excellent customer service from all three.

Agustín and Elías were very punctual and very professional. They walked me through everything that they were gonna do and explained what was gonna happen as they did it. They were very experienced and very professional. I really liked your service and they were super polite and informative. She told me she’d try to rearrange schedules and promised to call me back. Within minutes, she called and said a technician would be at my house in 20 minutes! Jose and Julian arrived promptly and were absolutely fantastic. They had the repair done in just 30 minutes, worked quickly, were super friendly, and turned a stressful situation into a total relief. This company is the real deal. The level of customer service I received from Vanessa, and the excellent work from Jose and Julian, is honestly the best I’ve experienced in a very long time.
