Thought I had found a great contractor to remodel my home, I should of known things were off to a bad start.. The project was pushed backed serval times by the contractor for one excuse after another. Then we paid a 15,000 deposit to include martials. WE still had to end up buying everything out of pocket with him telling us he was going to take it off the remaining balance. He and his crew half showed up lied bout when they would be there demoed my Livingroom, and bathrooms and just left it that way. not one of the projects that we paid for was completed. everyday was a new excuse as to why he could not come and work. He said that if we gave him the rest of the money he would complete the work needless to say we told him his services are no longer needed. We were out 15,000 and had to get a new contractor to complete the work and thank goodness because now our home is beautiful the way it was intended to be. I am currently in litigation with this company I would not recommend them to replace a light bulb let alone do any other work.

When we had a major issue with our brand new construction home, American Home Renovations came out found the issues validated the severity of the situation. Although our home is still under contractor warranty and used his own people to correct the issues Ben continued to check in with us and be a helpful resource. If it would have been up to us, we would have chosen Ben with American Home Renovations. We thank you for your support and continued follow up. Tina
