Johnathan was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed done. He got our fireplace working and let us know what it would take to replace if it fails again. Very appreciative of his thoroughness and skill.

Yay! Our fireplace had its yearly checkup today and it’s warming up our living room right now. Johnathan, the Lead Service Technician was fantastic! After doing a thorough inspection and cleaning, he educated us about our fireplace and gave us tips on how to keep it functioning at it’s optimum. He was knowledgeable and very personable. Jonathan Dial was my tech today and he did an excellent job. First he checked the problem with the receiver on one gas fp. Had a new one on his truck and was able to fix the problem. Next, he helped me understand how the remote works on our second gas fp. He took extra time explaining the process until I understood it. Dry pleased with service.

Jonathan is very knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything about the fireplace. He even taught us how to control the remote. We enjoyed talking to him. He has great manners.

We had outstanding service by Damon our installer and Jason our service rep. Phenomenal communication and professional install. We’ve used this company at two houses and highly recommend them. They also do a wonderful job explaining how to maintain doors to keep them quiet and prevent issues.

🔥 Johnathan came to service our fireplaces today. He did an excellent job but one of the more interesting parts of the service call was the fact that he was also training someone. Of course I listened and it was obvious he "knows his stuff". He walked through the process with his trainee and helped them logically think through the procedures necessary to understand what could be wrong, diagnose the problems and resolve any issues. At this point there is no one else I'll call to service our fireplaces 🔥.

This is our second year having American Hearth and Door take care of our fireplaces. So grateful for the service they provide! Jonathan is so pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
