American Hearth & Door

Jonathan Dial was my tech today and he did an excellent job. First he checked the problem with the receiver on one gas fp. Had a new one on his truck and was able to fix the problem. Next, he helped me understand how the remote works on our second gas fp. He took extra time explaining the process until I understood it. Dry pleased with service.

Johnathan was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed done. He got our fireplace working and let us know what it would take to replace if it fails again. Very appreciative of his thoroughness and skill.

Yay! Our fireplace had its yearly checkup today and it’s warming up our living room right now. Johnathan, the Lead Service Technician was fantastic! After doing a thorough inspection and cleaning, he educated us about our fireplace and gave us tips on how to keep it functioning at it’s optimum. He was knowledgeable and very personable. Jonathan is very knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything about the fireplace. He even taught us how to control the remote. We enjoyed talking to him. He has great manners.

Today Johnathan Dial of American Hearth & Door cleaned and serviced both of our fireplaces. He was very friendly and explained everything he did. He even showed me a feature that I didn’t even know about. We will definitely be calling them in the future to clean and serviced both our fireplaces.

We could not have asked for a better experience with getting our Heat and Glo unit repaired. Johnathan Dial was our technician and he was great to work with. He did a great job of communicating with us when parts would arrive and when he could complete the job. Even though we had a 2 hour window for the service he made sure to contact us when he was on the way so we could make sure that we were home. Great experience all the way around.

I was having persistent issues with my garage doors, so I decided to call American Hearth for help. To my surprise, they sent a technician out the very next day. Jason, the technician, was absolutely outstanding! He not only resolved the issues but also took the time to educate me about my garage doors and how to troubleshoot any future problems. I cannot believe what a wonderful experience we had with Johnathan Dial with American Hearth and Door! Johnathan is so knowledgeable and explained the gas logs and their mechanics to me. I have never had gas logs so he made sure I was comfortable.. and did so without making me feel ignorant. He was able to discuss various features available so I was able to select logs that are perfect for us.. and look great even when not lit.
