Ms Valicia helped me and my girlfriend find the perfect set that fit in our living room just right. Pricing was better than the competitors and delivery was simple and easy. Would highly recommend her as well as the store to anyone looking for a fast and easy shopping experience!

I will never buy furniture elsewhere after my most wonderful experience with this family run business. They carry all the coveted Ashley furniture pieces as well as many other brands and really have an eye for picking classy sets. I was able to furnace my entire house, including the furniture, mattresses, perfect accent pieces from vases to rugs to artwork, add an affordable rate, including the flat and low delivery fee. Give them a call and ask for Valecia. I have never met a sales person less pushy yet more devoted to getting me taken care of in the most complete way. I found them online but didn’t live in Slidell so I couldn’t come see my interests in person. No problem! Valecia went above and beyond going all over their showroom to take multiple pictures of the individual pieces so I could get a better feel. I needed a bunch of things and measurements were important so she did that for me too and after a full afternoon of gathering information, she stayed well after her shift to help me get my order in. I also interacted with the Owner Tim throughout the process. All I can say is that customer service is not only the spirit and culture of this business but they deliver on it hands-down. Speaking of delivery, the guys were so professional, cardigan and careful not to damage in floors walls while they got furniture in, set up. I am loving my new home and all the wonderful furniture and pieces I got from American Furniture II of Slidell. I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon them. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Give them a try, you and your pocket won’t regret it!

Ms Valicia was the absolute sweetest person. She stayed making sure we were doing okay. When we had questions she had the answers! We will ask for her everytime.

I was already on guard walking in with my PawPaw because of the horrible experience I had at Rooms To Go before coming here. I am so glad we stopped though because Ms. Valicia was incredible. She was inviting, friendly, transparent, knowledgeable and not pushy. I appreciated her putting up with my picky PawPaw with patience and understanding. I have done business here many times and especially this time they took care of me and made sure everything was correct and delivered how it was supposed to be. My sale representative was Andrew. He was AWESOME. He helped me stay within my budget. He was able to help bring my vision that I wanted for my new apartment design. He is super friendly and professional. Usually when I go to store I feel like the sale rep is all about sell sell no matter your concerns but Andrew listed and even when I couldn't find nothing in their store he took me to their second store and references I could look on Ashley site as well as their website and they would still be able to get the pieces I loved. I am very happy with the purchase I've made. American Furniture have me has a customer for life because of the awesome customer service Andrew provided to me through my multiple trips of finding new things everytime I went in lol and the qualityif their piece. Everyrhing was very affordable . Please give Andrew a raise.

The delivery men were excellent... actually the best. However, the policy for a return on a clearance item to purchase a higher quality item within the store is not possible. Was told to try to resell it on Facebook. Wanted to return the item the same day and purchase a different color and higher price item.......no customer skills in this place...... especially for a mom and pop place...which normally I favor......good luck to their business...they won't see mine again....and, I hope everyone is very careful in choosing this place.
