Tom has handled my heating and coolig work for >20 years (at 2 different homes). He is highly skilled and cummicates his findings in terms I can understand. I trust him completely and would not want to eal with another tech or company. Pricing is vdery reasonable in today's market. Today he was looking at problems in a humidifer in a relatively new home: he found severla issues and we decided to replace with a better system at a very reasonabke price.

We chose this company to replace our heating unit when the “Freon thing” made our a/c unit obsolete per the federales. That was 3 years ago, and we have maintained these same people since. At least 3 different servicemen have done spring and fall preventive maintenance, and there have been no interval issues. We value their opinions on filters and other upkeep items. We are totally satisfied with our results.

The company that came out was awesome. They did an incredible job. They were very courteous and efficient. Larry was wonderful. I would definitely recommend American air for anyone that needs help or wants to upgrade

Joe was informed of the difficulties I was having and he took all of the pieces and linked them together. The result is that I now have a truly functional furnace that is providing stable air quality and comfort throughout my home. I am grateful for the Breathing Associations sending American Air.

Wow! What great service from start to finish. My old system was on its last legs and we opted for a new furnace. They installed the next day and everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. Will use them for service going forward and for any other HVAC needs!

Shane from American Air HVAC was exceptional! My indoor A/c unit was leaking water and I was told by another company that it was the drain pan and I would have to fix it for $$$ when Shane came in he looked right away and saw that it was not the drain pan and located the correct issue. He walked me through everything he was doing, explaining it clearly and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently without ever cutting corners. On top of that, he was incredibly mindful and kind truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I have a house with 2 furnaces and they both stopped working and therefore I replaced both of them. Absolutely had a great experience with everyone I interacted with from this company including the office people, salesman and installers. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
