Prompt, Great Communication, Friendly, Professional, but personable. Got the job done quickly both times I’ve used his services. He even took it upon his self to sweep behind the refrigerator after his repair.

Solomon was my tech who installed my dishwasher. He was able to show up the same day I called for assistance. Wonderful experience even though my issue was probably user error on my part! I called AAP on last Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving Day at 5:15 PM, not expecting anyone to answer. To my surprise Solomon came to the rescue and said he would come by to check it out. True to his word he did and I was more than pleased with his kindness, professionalism, and sheer willingness to come by after what I am sure was a long day! I see why all the rati is are 5 stars! I will be using this service again if ever needed and will pass his name along for anyone needing repairs!
