Got standing water around your property? Mosquito Dunks are an easy and eco-friendly way to fight mosquitoes! Here’s how to use them effectively:
1. Identify standing water: Look for areas like birdbaths, clogged gutters, rain barrels, plant saucers, or unused pools—any spot where water sits for more than a few days.
2. Drop in the dunk: Place one Mosquito Dunk in the water. It slowly releases a natural bacteria (Bti) that kills mosquito larvae before they become adults.
3. One dunk goes far: Each dunk treats up to 100 square feet of surface water and lasts up to 30 days. For smaller containers, you can break the dunk into halves or quarters.
4. Safe for everything but mosquitoes: Dunks are pet-safe, pollinator-safe, and fish-friendly!
