Nelson helped my nephew with his insurance and registration. It was his first time getting it done and Nelson was patient with him and answered every question he had in detail. It was also very quick and efficient - we will be back to get our renewals done with him in a few months!

I went to this place to get insurance for my cars. I had pleasure dealing with Ms. Sharanjit Malhi. She is so polite and answers your questions with a big smile on her face. To visit AMC at Langley branch, she is the only reason I go and trust. Thank you Sharan for your kindness.

Unfortunately wasn’t very satisfied with the answers I was getting to my questions about home insurance policy and an increase in price. Broker wasn’t able to get be a decent price and I went somewhere else and was able to get a better policy and price then what we originally had! Broker also neglected to cancel the policy and we were changed and now have to wait 3 weeks for a refund from the insurance company! I won’t recommend going here to friends.

Had to show up at almost at 7pm because of work. Wanted to make a vehicle transfer from Quebec. My registration certificate is in French (duh I'm from Quebec). Ann is incapable of reading French and kept calling it "not original copy". Tells me to get the English version then tells me to come back another time between business hours when YOUR website says you're open until 9pm.

Ram is exceptional. I always come here for my car insurance renewal. He is pleasant, helpful and makes it a joyous experience. I will highly recommend Ram and will come again.
